I come to the work with just under 15 years of experience. I specialize in the implementation and adaptation of behavioral health interventions. These interventions address trauma and addiction. I held the position of Assistant Superintendent of Clinical and Reentry Services in Franklin County, MA. In that role, I served as the implementation specialist for the mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program. I was responsible for comprehensive reentry & aftercare services. I also managed the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). Additionally, I oversaw the implementation of trauma treatment (Cognitive Processing Therapy). Since 2017, I have provided consultation services to agencies nationwide.
